With over 10 years of experience in clinical physical therapy, fitness and performance training we specialize in individualized outpatient performance therapy, semi-private fitness training, traditional physical therapy and group fitness.
Our evaluation process spans Physical Therapy, performance training, and body mechanics to enhance our patients lives and help them reach their personal goals. One on one time with our PT's or fitness experts will start you off on your journey to a better you.

Dr. Nick is a graduate of D’Youville University and Canisius College, receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training . Nick maintains status as a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York. Nick has been a practicing physical therapist since 2012.
Nick’s passion for Physical Therapy was discovered during the course of education in the sports medicine field as an athletic training student at Canisius College. He is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified including advanced Level 2 Power Certified, Certified Level 1 Functional Movement Systems provider, Certified in the Neurostructural Taping Technique for kinesiotape, and has attended Stuart McGill’s McGill Method Level 1 and 2.
On a day to day basis Nick’s treatment goals surround a return to function and increased quality of life for each client.
Dr. Miranda is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors in Exercise Science. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in New York and also holds certification as a personal trainer.
Her passion for physical therapy blossomed during her time as a personal trainer. Working closely with individuals recovering from injuries and overcoming physical limitations, Miranda discovered her true calling: guiding people through both fitness and recovery.
With a background in personal training, volleyball and gymnastics, Miranda developed a keen interest in injury prevention and performance optimization. This led her to expand her expertise into Pilates, allowing her to help athletes across all sports build resilience, meet physical demands, and excel in their performance
Dr. Emma is a graduate of Daemen University, receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Emma maintains status as a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York.
Emma found her passion for Physical Therapy as a multisport athlete, playing field hockey, lacrosse, and basketball at Williamsville East. She knows firsthand the highs and lows of athletic performance and how to bounce back stronger. With Emma’s positive vibe and athlete’s mindset, she is dedicated to helping patients reach their recovery goals and get back to what they love most with individualized care.
Dr. Tarah, a graduate of D’Youville University, has been providing chiropractic care in the Western New York area since 2013. Her passion for helping others recover was ignited by witnessing a friend's football injury, leading her to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine.
As a former college softball athlete, Tarah understands the importance of recovery techniques that help her patients return to their sports and hobbies. She stays active in the sports world through her three children, who participate in swimming, dance, hockey, field hockey, and soccer.
In addition to her hands-on experience, Tarah is certified in both Graston Technique and Kinesiotaping, which enhances the specialized care she offers in her practice.
Dr. Brendan is a graduate of MCPHS University in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island.
Brendan has developed a strong passion for sports rehabilitation with his active background, including football, tennis and rowing. Now, he enjoys staying active through hiking and spending his time on the golf course. His background in golf inspired him to further his expertise by achieving certification from the Titleist Performance Institute.
On a daily basis, Brendan’s treatment goals surround return to function and sport, injury prevention and improved quality of life.
Dr. Dan is a founder of The Institute and a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He helped establish a progressive and comprehensive solution for non-traditional physical therapy clients, creating a systematic approach with a classification system that ensures individualized treatment for each patient.
With his in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, Dan helps athletes enhance their performance, prevent injuries, and recover more quickly. By integrating elements of the McKenzie Method (MDT), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Pilates, and Neurodynamics, he tailors programs that address both acute and chronic conditions, promoting long-term health and mobility.
Dan discovered his passion for physical therapy through his involvement in sports such as soccer, baseball, and swimming. He remains active with his two kids, enjoying outdoor adventures that include running, biking, and coaching his son’s little league baseball team.
On a daily basis, Dan focuses on treatment goals centered around athletes’ return to sport, peak performance, and injury prevention, reflecting his commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their best

He established a progressive and comprehensive solution for non-traditional physical therapy clients, coining it the MOSS system, using it daily with patients.
With a deep understanding of biomechanics, Ted helps athletes enhance their performance, prevent injuries, and recover more quickly. He integrates elements of the McKenzie Method (MDT), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Pilates, and Neurodynamics to create tailored programs that address both acute and chronic conditions, promoting long-term health and mobility. Ted's expertise makes him a valuable resource for athletes striving for peak performance and injury prevention.
